About MLSN
The Mi'kmaw Legal Support Network (MLSN) was initiated by the Nova Scotia Mi'kmaw Chiefs to develop
and maintain a sustainable justice support system, which will ensure fair treatment for all Mi'kmaq and Aboriginal
Peoples in the justice system.
The MLSN strives to work in partnership with its stakeholders to build understanding among all parties.
The MLSN is currently administered by The Confederacy of Mainland Mi'kmaq, and has offices in Millbrook First Nation, Eskasoni First Nation and HRM (Halifax Regional Municipality).
MLSN is a partnership of the Nova Scotia Mi'kmaq, the Government of Canada and the Province of Nova Scotia.
